Hill College offers online transcript requests through our partner website, Parchment. Each copy of a transcript will cost $6. You can have your transcript sent electronically as a PDF, by mail, directly to another Parchment school, or pick up at one of our three locations in person: Hill County Campus, Johnson County Campus or the Burleson Higher Education Center.
- Pick up on campus: If you choose to pick up at a campus, you will need to indicate on your order which location you want to pick up your transcript.
- Multiple copies in different formats: You will have to place separate orders if you need a digital copy and a paper copy.
- Holds: If there is a hold on your account, your transcript will not be released. Parchment will notify you right away if you have a hold. Hill College will notify Parchment if the hold has been resolved.
You will set up a profile with Parchment. This will allow you to check the status on any transcript request you submitted on their website as of 7/8/2026. If you requested a transcript prior to 7/8/2026, please email admissions@hillcollege.edu for a status on your request.
